Questions

How do I cancel the subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Filo › Cancel Subscription. Your pages stay, and you can still read and export them.

I changed iPhone. Where are my pages?

With iCloud backup on, they come back by themselves on the new iPhone. Otherwise, on the old one export a .filo file in Tu › Esporta and open it on the new one with Tu › Riprendi da un file.

How do I restore my subscription?

In Tu › Abbonamento, tap Ripristina.

Can I use Filo without the AI?

Yes: turn off “Filo con l’AI” in Tu › Privacy. The page then shows the facts of the day as your phone has them, and you write the rest.

How do I export or delete everything?

Export in Tu › Esporta (a PDF book, a .filo file, Day One or plain text). Delete in Tu › Privacy › Elimina tutto.

The microphone doesn’t dictate.

Filo transcribes on your iPhone, without sending your voice anywhere. Turn on Italian dictation in Settings › General › Keyboard, and allow microphone and speech recognition for Filo in Settings › Filo.
